Fees
Mini Session:
$65 for a 25-min session
Individual Sessions:
$185 for a 50-min session
Family Session:
$595 for two 50-min Individual Sessions and one 65-min Family Session (Conjoint Family proceeding separate individual sessions)
Coaching / Consultation / Speaker Engagement:
$170 for a 50-min Session
Payment Types Accepted:
Most Major Credit Cards. HPT accepts the following Insurance: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare. Additionally, if your insurance will cover out-of-network services, you can receive further reimbursement for the amount of available coverage as a part of your mental health benefits packages via Super Bills. HPT will provide an invoice after each session. It is recommended that clients connect with their provider ahead of time to verify the rate and amount of coverage available as well as submit for reimbursement monthly to keep the process streamlined and reduce multiple submissions.

What is your service area?
Therapy Sessions are currently provided in an online telehealth “office” setting. In the future HPT plans to open an in-person office servicing: San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, San Clemente, Irvine, and Laguna Niguel.
HPT also offers Nationwide Consultation and Educational Services via an online telehealth “office” setting.
How can I know if we are a good fit?
Do you accept insurance?
HPT accepts the following insurance: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare, and for Out-of-Network can provide a detailed superbill for clients seeking reimbursement.
Are sessions between us confidential?
The law protects the relationship between a client and a therapist and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
Exceptions include:
- Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
- If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
- If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
