I will provide you with an invoice after each session. I recommend clients submit for reimbursement monthly to keep the process streamlined and reduce multiple submissions.

Clients will be responsible for missed appointment fees if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours. Cancellations must be in written form via email: healingperspectivetherapy@gmail.com.

What is your service area?

Therapy Sessions are currently provided in an online telehealth “office” setting. In the future HPT plans to open an in-person office servicing: San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, San Clemente, Irvine, and Laguna Niguel.

HPT also offers Nationwide Consultation and Educational Services via an online telehealth “office” setting.

How can I know if we are a good fit?

It is important to find a therapist you can relate to and feel confident to assist you in your healing path. HPT offers a free 10-minute scheduled consultation to help you assess if you feel our services are a good fit for your needs. Simply email us in the contact form to schedule this one-time free consultation.

Do you accept insurance?

HPT does not belong to any insurance panels but can provide a detailed bill for clients to seek reimbursement via out-of-network coverage.

Are sessions between us confidential?

The law protects the relationship between a client and a therapist and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

Exceptions include:

  • Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
  • If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
  • If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
